4. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

The Site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the Site. This information is collected and reported in aggregate, and you can learn more about Google's practices, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking, through Google's own tools and disclosures.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site function.

We process your personal information on one or more of the following bases: your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit a form), our need to take steps you have requested before or during providing coaching services to you, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the Site and our services, and our obligation to comply with applicable law. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before your withdrawal.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
