For Healthcare Providers

Practical Clinical Support for Adults Navigating Life after Diagnosis

Many patients leave neurology visits with excellent recommendations but limited support for implementing them. Cognitive fatigue, memory challenges, overwhelm, and reduced executive capacity often interfere with follow-through, even when motivation is high.

My role is to bridge that gap: translating clinical recommendations into a rehabilitation plan with practical systems, routines, and strategies patients can realistically maintain in daily life.

As a speech-language pathologist and cognitive health specialist, my work is grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based practices. I prioritize clarity, compassion, and practicality, especially for patients who feel overwhelmed or “stuck” after diagnosis.

  • We work with patients who are:

  • Medically stable, following TBI/concussion, stroke, long-COVID, or other neurological conditions

  • Experiencing executive dysfunction, cognitive fatigue, attention, memory, or follow-through challenges

  • Struggling to apply recommendations to real-world demands (work, school, home, routines)

  • Neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism) seeking functional, strengths-based support

  • Reside in the following states: Alabama, California, Georgia, Tennessee, or Washington

Who We Support

What Care Looks Like

  • Functional evaluation of cognitive-linguistic skills, using both holistic assessment, combined with standardized testing. This evaluation determines ares of strength and vulnerability, assessing domains such as memory, word retrieval, executive function, and visuospatial processing.

  • Collaborative goal-setting aligned with patient priorities, rooted in comprehensive assessment. Each patient’s care plan will be tailored and customized to their individual needs, written by a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist. Frequency and duration of the program will be determined based on the patient’s unique concerns.

  • We prioritize a functional, holistic approach to care that includes strategy development for attention and working memory, word retrieval, memory encoding and consolidation, cognitive fatigue management, visuospatial processing, and general executive function skills. Ongoing care will adapt to the patient’s needs as demands change, and each session focuses on practical, functional skills that improve quality of life.

    • Patients may self-refer or be encouraged to contact me directly.

    • Services are provided via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

    • We are self-pay only (no insurance billing) but can provide a superbill for services.

    • Clinical services are provided in the following states: Alabama, California, Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington.
